1. Acceptance of terms
By engaging Ouj Media (Ouj Social Media Management Services FZCO) for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors and users who access or use our services.
2. Services provided
Ouj Media provides digital marketing services including social media management, paid advertising, content creation, SEO and GEO optimisation, podcast production, website design, social media strategy, and analytics and reporting. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement agreed upon by both parties.
3. Payment terms
All fees are due as specified in your service agreement:
- Monthly packages are invoiced at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Quarterly packages are invoiced at the start of the quarter
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur a late fee of 2% per month on outstanding balances
- All prices are quoted in AED unless otherwise stated
4. Minimum commitment
All social media and podcast packages require a minimum commitment of three (3) months. Early termination within the minimum commitment period will result in the remaining balance becoming immediately payable.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all content created by Ouj Media specifically for your brand becomes your intellectual property. Ouj Media retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate brand information, timely approvals and any necessary access to platforms or accounts. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines, for which Ouj Media accepts no liability.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including business strategies, financial data, customer information and campaign performance data.
8. Limitation of liability
Ouj Media's liability is limited to the total fees paid in the three months prior to any claim. We do not guarantee specific results such as follower counts or engagement rates, as these are subject to platform algorithms beyond our control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period. Ouj Media reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
